345 days since their last journey departed due to ongoing border restrictions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Captain’s Choice celebrated its first trip back in the skies over the weekend with a trip to Tasmania.
The Southern Wilderness & Gourmet Islands by Private Plane, departed Melbourne and travelled across to King Island, and was a feast for the senses. The four-day interlude featured a long weekend of gourmet produce, rainforests, rivers and rich pastures of Flinders Island, western Tasmania and King Island.
The first journey performed by Captain’s Choice in almost year signals wider hope that we may gradually be easing closer to wider domestic travel once again. The next Southern Wilderness & Gourmet Islands by Private Plane journey departs on the 26 November 2021 with a few tickets still available by visiting the link here
