Café East at New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel is extending its popular “Buy-Two, Get-One-Free” lunch, weekend afternoon tea and dinner buffet promotion, available exclusively for Epicure members and guests who apply for membership on the spot, from now until 30 September 2021. In addition, between now and 31 August 2021, diners are invited to experience an Oriental culinary adventure as chefs present an array of classic specialities from Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

The culinary journey begins with a wide array of all-time favourite appetisers including Rojak, Achar, Thai Seafood Papaya Salad and Thai Spicy Chicken Feet.  In addition to the popular Chinese-style Double-Boiled Soup, also on offer are Singapore Bakut Ten, Thai Tom Yum Kung and Coconut Chicken Soup.  The Singapore Laksa is prepared à la minute, with the guest’s choice of ingredients, such as mussels, prawns and squid, to complement the creamy, flavourful broth.  Other recommended dishes include Fried Thai Seafood Cake, Asam Fish, Thai-Style Baked Fish, Beef Rendang, Hainanese Chicken, Penang Char Koay Teow, Thai Pineapple Fried Rice, Pad Thai and many more.

To complete the meal, a line-up of desserts assures diners of a perfect finale to the Southeast Asian culinary journey.  Diners are spoiled with choices including Pandon Chiffon Cake, Bubur Cha Cha, Mango Sticky Rice, Ban Chang Kueh and Coconut Sago Pudding.

Aside from the Southeast Asian selection, diners may savour a range of international fare, including unlimited servings of Seafood on Ice featuring Boston Lobsters, Crabs, Mussels, and Prawns.  Also on offer are Teppanyaki Wagyu Beef, King Prawn, Lamb Chop, Salmon and Whole Roast Suckling Pig.  Not-to-be-missed is the Chocolate Lava Cake made à la minute.

An Epicure members exclusive, the “Buy-Two, Get-One-Free” promotion is applicable to lunch, afternoon tea or dinner buffet bookings with a minimum of two paying adults. The promotion is valid daily, including public holidays, from now until 30 September 2021. Advance reservation is required and bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount and promotion. The lunch buffet is available from noon to 2:30 p.m. at HKD378 per adult and HKD268 per child from Monday to Thursday; and HKD468 per adult and HKD328 per child from Friday to Sunday and during public holidays. The afternoon tea buffet is available from 3 to 5:30 p.m. at HKD388 per adult and HKD238 per child from Friday to Sunday. The dinner buffet is available from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at HKD628 per adult and HKD408 per child from Monday to Thursday; and HKD698 per adult and HKD468 per child from Friday to Sunday and during public holidays. Children’s prices apply to children aged three to 11.
