Traditionalist can opt for the classic Salmon and Crystal Pear while diners with a penchant for premium things in life can select the Alaskan Scallop, Black Truffle and Crystal Pear option to indulge in. With such luxurious toppings, it will definitely attract more ‘’ong’’ and ‘’huat’’ but make sure the enthusiastic toss doesn’t flip the luscious edibles off the table.
Other delectable choices include the Fruit Yee Sang with Chef’s Signature Sauce, Yee Sang with Crispy Whitebait and Salmon Skin and; the new unique addition – Yee Sang with Salmon Teo Chew Style!
