Your job will be to…
Greet all guests on their arrival in an open work lobby
Assist guests with checkin and checkouts either by the self-serve kiosk or staff terminal
Work with the Operations Manager and GM on developing and building a great team culture
Follow the procedures laid out by the Operations Manager
Have a great understanding of Sydney experiences, bars, and restaurants
Work with the GM on developing and managing the F&B team
Do you have…
Experience in Reception, F&B roles and hotel procedures
Great attention to detail
Outstanding sense of welcome and guest focus attitude
Ambition to continue and grow your career within hospitality
Flexible and reliable working attitude
This role will commence from August 2021.
