Lovers Elixir
There’s no denying that chocolate has to be one of the most well-known Valentine’s Day gifts out there – so why not add it to a delicious after dinner cocktail?

Ingredients:
50mL Silent Pool Gin
25mL Chocolate Liqueur
50mL Pouring Cream
15mL Simple Syrup

Method

Shake all ingredients together with cubed ice and double strain into a chilled coupette glass.

Garnish with grated nutmeg and chocolate on top

This fruity little number is packed full of delicious ingredients you are bound to fall in love with this Valentine’s Day, including floral undertones, wine and luscious berries!

Ingredients:
50ml Silent Pool Gin
25ml Gewurztraminer wine
25ml Bickford’s Raspberry Cordial

Method

Stir all ingredients together with ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit or orange twist

Ingredients:
50ml Silent Pool Gin
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
20ml Honey Syrup – Mix 2 parts Honey with 1 part hot water.

Method:
Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a twist of Lemon Peel
