Designed to inspire interaction, creativity, and cultural discovery, this hands-on programme enhances team-building events with an engaging taste of Thailand.
Ideal for groups of 20 participants or more, the experience begins with an optional guided visit to a nearby local market, where delegates learn how to select essential Thai herbs and ingredients. Back in the hotel’s culinary space, the culinary team leads participants through the preparation of iconic Thai dishes including Tom Yum Goong, Green Curry, and Pad Thai.

The activity concludes with a lively team cook-off, allowing groups to showcase their newly learned skills as chefs judge each dish for flavour, technique, and presentation. The format promotes teamwork, friendly competition, and an enjoyable break from meetings.
