Six Senses Fiji is delighted to announce the expansion of its acclaimed collection of private residences, with three new residences set to open from early 2026. Nestled on Malolo Island in Fiji’s Mamanuca archipelago, each residence embodies the resort’s signature blend of barefoot luxury, sustainability and wellness, crafted for guests seeking sanctuary, serenity and meaningful connection.

Already home to the largest inventory of luxury residences in Fiji, Six Senses Fiji currently offers 13 expansive beachfront, ocean and marina-view homes, each designed to balance privacy and comfort with a resort way of life. The addition of three new residences will elevate the portfolio to 16, reinforcing the resort’s position as Fiji’s premier destination for extended stays and multi-generational escapes.

Each Six Senses Fiji residence offers the privacy and comfort of a home-away-from-home, with the full support of the resort’s world-class services. Guests can enjoy access to their own Guest Experience Maker (GEM), a fully equipped kitchen, an expansive private pool with a deck and a complimentary resort nanny service for up to eight hours a day. Ideal for multi-generational families and groups seeking a private yet fully serviced retreat.

New residences

The new residences 51, 52 and 53 are set to open to guests from early 2026, creating an exclusive enclave along one of the island’s most desirable stretches of beach. Set away from the main resort, the three residences enjoy a prime, secluded location with their own private beach and marina, offering guests the ultimate in privacy and connection to Fiji’s spectacular natural surroundings.

Reservations for the new residences will be open from 3 November 2025 via contacting the resort directly, allowing guests to secure their stay well ahead of the official opening. Online bookings will open in Q1 2026.

Residence 51 – Serenity by the Marina

A five-bedroom beachfront residence, Residence 51 combines tranquillity with contemporary elegance. Architecturally stunning, it enjoys views of both the beach and marina and features a central garden courtyard, a gym and an outdoor fire pit perfect for evenings under the stars. Its seamless indoor–outdoor design invites natural light throughout spacious living areas, creating a calm, airy retreat for up to ten guests.

Residence 52 – Coastal Living Reimagined

A six-bedroom beachfront pool residence, Residence 52 is the only home within the collection to feature an upper level, designed with built-in bunk beds, making it ideal for families with children. This residence includes a dedicated kids’ pool, large beachfront lawn perfect for dinners by the sea and a shaded cabana for reading or sunset cocktails, blending playful energy with serene sophistication.

Residence 53 – Private Beachfront Seclusion

Set in a quiet corner of the resort with only one neighbouring residence and its own private beach, Residence 53 embodies coastal seclusion at its finest. With four ensuite bedrooms and flexible living spaces that can convert to a fifth bedroom, it’s ideal for both families and intimate gatherings. Its open pool cabana, lawn-framed pool and sun-drenched deck create a sanctuary where connection and relaxation come naturally.

Together these residences form a private precinct within Six Senses Fiji  an enclave for larger groups or guests seeking exclusivity, complemented by the resort’s holistic approach to wellness and sustainability.

A vision of sustainable luxury

True to the Six Senses Fiji ethos, the new residences are designed with sustainability at their core, incorporating energy-efficient systems, natural materials and local craftsmanship that celebrate Fijian culture and the island’s breathtaking natural beauty.

Guests are encouraged to connect deeply with both the environment and the local community through immersive experiences, from reef restoration and organic gardening to traditional Fijian weaving and wellness programs rooted in nature.

“Our residences have always been about more than just luxurious accommodation – they’re about creating space for reconnection, reflection, and celebration,” said Six Senses Fiji General Manager Mark Kitchen. The addition of these new homes allows us to welcome even more families and groups into our extended Six Senses Fiji community, offering a truly private island experience that is deeply connected to our Fijian environment and culture,” he said.
