DriveAway is pleased to announce the appointment of Simone Barnett as the company’s Business Development Manager for Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Based in Brisbane, Simone brings more than 20 years of travel industry experience to her new role, supported by formal qualifications in Travel & Tourism as well as Sales & Marketing. Her career began as a travel consultant before moving into a series of successful business development positions, where she established a strong reputation for driving growth and building meaningful partnerships.
Simone joins DriveAway with a passion for sales, a wealth of industry knowledge, and a commitment to supporting travel agents across the region. She has a particular enthusiasm for DriveAway’s European Car Leasing program, which she champions as an exceptional option for travellers looking for a unique and flexible way to explore Europe. In her role, Simone will focus on providing training, sharing insights, and working closely with agents to help them maximise the benefits of DriveAway’s extensive product range.
