Driving business events industry progress, International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney), managed by ASM Global, has produced another award-winning graduate of the International Association of Convention Centres (AIPC) Future Shapers program following a competitive pitch to solve convention centre industry challenges at the AIPC Congress held in Shenzen, China.
AIPC Future Shapers’ ‘Synergy’ team, including ICC Sydney’s Senior Manager AV Production Services, Travis Henry, together with representatives from convention centres in Belfast, Cape Town and Kuala Lumpur, was recognised for presenting an innovative, venue-led training platform designed to unlock the full potential of conference centres and their people. The winning solution, ‘Synergy’ harnesses real-time data, feedback, and booking trends to proactively deliver targeted learning modules—aligning personal goals with organisational performance needs.
ICC Sydney Chief Executive Officer, Adam Mather-Brown praised Travis Henry’s commitment to driving change by developing innovative solutions with data at the core.
“At ICC Sydney, our people are our only asset. We consistently invest in our team by providing opportunities to upskill, spark creativity, and to support our clients, delegates and stakeholders.
