This summer, N25 Caviar will bring its signature elegance and spontaneity to the heart of Copenhagen with a prestigious terrace takeover at the Japanese Pagoda in Tivoli Gardens. Running from June 21 to July 12, this pop-up is a celebration of caviar culture, set in one of the city’s most enchanting locations, and presented in collaboration with Chef Tristin Farmer and the Maison Dali team from Dubai.
The N25 Caviar terrace captures the essence of luxury in a relaxed setting. Outfitted with custom N25 plush cushions and blankets, the terrace invites guests to savour the moment – glass in hand, and caviar spoon at the ready. A bespoke N25 Caviar Bar serves caviar by the tin, champagne, and curated snacks and drinks, creating a walk-in experience that’s as playful as it is polished.
At the heart of the experience, N25 Caviar takes centre stage with its complex flavour profile and exceptional quality, igniting conversation. Each bite from the snack menu curated by chef Tristin is designed to spark joy and create shareable moments, while highlighting the expressive character of N25’s caviar with unexpected combinations.
For those who want to continue the culinary journey beyond the terrace, Maison Dali is offering a full tasting menu for lunch or dinner in the main restaurant from June 12 to July 12. Chef Tristin’s approach to food is modern, globally inspired, and flavour-driven, combining Japanese techniques, Mediterranean notes, and a playful, unpretentious touch.
“We want guests to feel free to drop in, relax, and enjoy world-class caviar in an atmosphere that’s warm, spontaneous, and a little magical,” says Tristin.
