At the heart of all-new Middle Eastern Menu is the “Morocco Tagine”, is a traditional cooking pot (It was discovered and its existence traced back to 213 Before Christ) for slow simmer as the cone-shaped lid traps steam back into the spices and broth. Available with
Lamb, Beef, or Chicken, this is highly recommended. The popular “Grilled Lamb Kofta”, is a delicately spiced premium lamb (Halal), grilled on charcoal for the smoky flavor and taste. It is perfectly matched with the oven-fresh bread. A signature dish called “Chicken Quzi stuffed with Lamb Rice”, is a whole spring chicken stuffed and baked with seasoned lamb rice. The fragrance of Chicken Quzi that fill the air will excite your palate and stimulate your appetite. The “Manakish” features hand-made dough topped with zaatar, cheese, or minced lamb. It is baked in a stone oven until golden brown and crispy. The Manakish was inscribed to the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Lists as an emblematic culinary practice in Lebanon.
