A must-try appetiser from Cucina’s black truffle menu is the beef tenderloin carpaccio, truffle cheese, button mushrooms, rocket, black truffles (HK$298). This delicate dish features paper-thin slices of beef paired with ingredients that create a delightful contrast of textures that is further enhanced by freshly shaved black truffles. Another unmissable delight is the baked crab meat in shell, creamy leeks, black truffle caviar, black truffles (HK$288). Exquisitely presented in the crab’s carapace, this dish combines

the rich textures and flavours of sweet crab and creamy leeks. Freshly shaved Australian black truffles add an indulgent finishing touch that ensures pure bliss in every bite.

Another chef-recommended highlight is the grilled wagyu beef tenderloin, seared duck liver, cherry purée, spinach, black truffles (HK$588). The wagyu is grilled to succulent perfection and pairs beautifully with the rich duck liver, while the cherry purée adds a sweet and fresh balance.
