Provence Holidays, the leading name in luxury villa rentals and property sales across the South of France, has announced the opening of its new flagship agency in the prestigious town of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.
Opening its doors in April 2025 in the sought-after three storey building previously occupied by Sotheby’s International Realty, the 500-square-foot site will be the company’s largest office to date and will become Provence Holiday’s flagship base. It marks a major milestone for the company following a year of unprecedented growth, and this third regional base will build on the success of the rapidly expanding Luberon agency – which has also recently doubled in size – and the legacy of the brand’s existing agency in St. Remy.
Driven by the rising appetite for high-touch, locally rooted travel, Provence Holidays is expanding not just its footprint but also its team, now 35-strong, with the addition of seven new full-time specialists since the beginning of 2025. The arrivals and concierge team has been significantly strengthened with the addition of four new full-time members: Steffie Duboulay, Justine Ruiz, Clémence Calixte and Aurélie Maurugeon. Each brings an extensive background in luxury hospitality, regional knowledge and guest relations. Together, they will enhance the team’s ability to curate tailor-made experiences, from private vineyard tours and artisanal workshops to gourmet dining and cultural excursions.
In response to the growing importance of visual storytelling in the travel space, Provence Holidays has also welcomed Michel Planque, a full-time Photographer and Videographer, working alongside two existing visual specialists. Supporting this creative expansion, Fatima Soualem has been appointed as Photography and Video Coordinator, ensuring smooth production across all content channels.
The company has also invested in technical and operational infrastructure. Loďc Trancon has joined the tech team to oversee technical support and website maintenance, while Amandine Mercier comes on board as Head of HR to support the company’s evolving organisational needs.
“We are truly excited to have moved into our second office in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and to be placed at the epicentre of one of France’s most renowned real estate hubs. We are also thrilled to welcome these new talented professionals to our growing team”, says Simon Richards, Founder of Provence Holidays. “As we continue to grow, the new base will enable us to strengthen our client relationships, elevate the service we provide and reinforce our standing as the leading luxury villa operator in the region.”
The Saint-Rémy office expansion is the first of several upcoming announcements about Provence Holidays’ dynamic phase of growth.
