Australian Bespoke Collective Director Malcom Bean said winter was embraced at the historic Mount Lofty Estate where fireplaces, hot pools and fortified wines set the scene for a relaxing getaway.

“With the addition of our outdoor firepits on the Tiered Lawns when the temperature plunges, we have 17 fireplaces at Sequoia Lodge and 15 at Mount Lofty House where guests can cosy up with one of 1300 labels from the Estate’s 175-year-old cellar,” he said.

“Both properties have memorable experiences included in your stay such as a South Australian Cheese Discovery Experience and a Bee Experience at Sequoia and a House History Tour of Mount Lofty which includes a walk through the cellar.

“Choose from multiple daily dining experiences such as the Three Hat Degustation Experience or High Tea at Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant.”
