The development, currently under construction by Ritta Co Ltd, has been designed in full compliance with international seismic-resistant standards.
Following a thorough inspection conducted by an in-house a team of engineers alongside external structural experts, the building was confirmed to have sustained no damage from the recent earthquake. Construction will proceed according to schedule, with the opening planned for the third quarter of this year.

“Central Park Offices is CPN’s 11th office building and is currently being constructed by Ritta Co Ltd, a leading Thai contractor with more than 38 years of experience in large-scale building projects. The structural inspection was carried out by the project’s lead engineers in collaboration with independent specialists and certified building inspectors, in accordance with standards set by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Covering the building’s structural integrity, architecture, and M&E systems, the inspection confirmed the site is undamaged and structurally sound.”
