Lotte Duty Free, one of the world’s leading duty-free retailers, has partnered with Qantas Frequent Flyer to launch a new benefit that allows travellers to earn Qantas Points when they shop eligible products in-store or online at Lotte Duty Free*.

From 16 April, duty-free shopping will bring travellers closer to their next trip through their purchases. The partnership will allow customers to earn 1 Qantas Point for every $1 spent when they provide their Qantas Frequent Flyer membership.

Travellers can shop duty-free prices while earning Qantas Points up to 60 days prior to international departure with confirmation of their upcoming trip. Non-travellers also have the opportunity to shop for eligible items at domestic retail prices while earning Qantas Points**. For a seamless experience, shoppers can scan their digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card, which can be found in the Qantas App at the in-store checkout. Additionally, Click & Collect allows shoppers to buy online before their trip and pick up purchases either at departure or upon return for convenience and savings.

“Our partnership with Qantas Frequent Flyer redefines duty-free shopping, giving travellers even more reason to explore its benefits. Every dollar spent on eligible products in-store or online not only delivers exceptional value for our shoppers, but also brings them closer to their next destination,” said Sean Lee, Managing Director at Lotte Duty Free Oceania.

“We’re grateful for the ongoing support of our airport partners in Melbourne and Brisbane, which enables us to deliver rewarding experiences like this one.”

Lotte Duty Free is Australia’s premier duty-free shopping destination, offering travellers access to a curated selection of more than 400 brands. Shoppers can still access exclusive duty-free offerings such as limited-edition products and special promotions, but now with the added benefit of earning Qantas Points with every eligible purchase.

“Australians love earning Qantas Points. Our new partnership with Lotte Duty Free gives members the chance to boost their points balance at the airport and before they even board their flight,” said Karen Farrar, Executive Manager, Retail at Qantas Loyalty.

The partnership is now available at Lotte Duty Free locations in Melbourne International Airport, Brisbane International Airport, Optique Store at Brisbane Domestic Airport and Sydney CBD.
