Australia’s largest and longest-running 4×4, off-road, camping and outdoor lifestyle expo, the National 4×4 Outdoors Show, will return to the Brisbane Showgrounds from this Friday.

The three-day event (14-16 March) will bring together more than 230 brands, showcasing everything from off-road camper trailers, caravans, tents, and new model 4WDs, to aftermarket accessories, camping gear and much more.

More than 25,000 outdoor enthusiasts are expected to attend, with one of the major drawcards the exciting line-up of off-road TV personalities and celebrity guests, including Jase and Simon from All 4 Adventure and the legendary Pat Callinan.

Visitors can attend informative talks and Q&A sessions from the industry experts and discover the art of camp oven cooking. Even the young adventurers will be kept entertained with wildlife shows and a vibrant Kids Zone featuring fun activities including hula hoops and balance beams.

Brisbane Showgrounds General Manager of Venue Sales and Marketing Jago Coyle said the event was a highlight on Brisbane’s events calendar.

“The National 4×4 Outdoors Show has been held at our venue for more than a decade and we’re proud to host an event that celebrates Australia’s passion for adventure and the outdoors,” he said.

“With the Easter holidays fast approaching, the event brings together the best in the business, and offers something for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or planning your first trip.”

Gates open from 9am to 5pm on Friday and Saturday, and 9am to 4pm on Sunday, with tickets still available online. Ten per cent of all ticket sales will be donated to Queensland relief efforts to aid in the response and recovery of ex-Cyclone Alfred.

The Brisbane Showgrounds precinct is located 1.5km from Brisbane’s CBD and is Queensland’s largest indoor/outdoor events site. Visit www.brisbaneshowgrounds.com.au
