SSP, a leading global travel food and beverage operator, announces the limited-time collaboration with Shenzhen’s acclaimed cheesecake purveyor, KUMO KUMO, at Tap + BrewHong Kong International Airport’s (HKIA) East to West Food Market, commencing January 8, 2025. This exclusive collaboration will introduce eight signature KUMO KUMO products to Hong Kong, including HKIA exclusive half-baked cheesecakes (featuring both original and newly developed flavours), Gateau Basque, and a selection of savoury cheese-infused snacks, elevating the traveller’s culinary experience.

An iconic KUMO KUMO pop-up cart, featuring the brand’s signature vibrant orange color and incorporating Hong Kong’s neon sign elements, will showcase the featured products at Tap + Brew. Its eye-catching design ensures easy identification for travellers navigating the airport.

KUMO KUMO introduces eight popular items, including three half-baked cheesecakes flavours making their Hong Kong debut: Green Grape, Yuzu, and Raspberry & Strawberry Flavoured Half-baked Cheesecake (HK$38/3pcs). These cheesecakes offer a refreshing balance of fruity sweetness and richness. Joining these is the classic Original Half-baked Cheesecake (HK$55/5pcs). All four half-baked cheesecake varieties are adorned with “香港” and “Hong Kong” imprints, along with an airplane icon, signifying their exclusive availability through this Tap + Brew collaboration at HKIA.

Also available are the locally beloved Durian flavoured Gateau Basque (HK$42) and Taro flavoured Gateau Basque (HK$38). These decadent treats combine the rich flavours of durian and taro with a smooth, creamy cheesecake base. Completing the selection are the popular snacks, Cheese Crisps and Cheese Fries (HK$15 each).

From January 8 to March 18, 2025, travellers can enjoy these exclusive KUMO KUMO offerings at Tap + Brew, with dine-in or takeaway options available. Takeaway orders include insulated packaging with ice packs to ensure optimal product quality. A 10% discount applies to purchases of HK$180 or more on KUMO KUMO products.
