Hua Ting’s award-winning Master Chef Lap Fai has crafted the lavish Prosperity Snake Sea Treasure Yu Sheng (海中宝福蛇捞生) ($688, 10pax) to welcome the Year of the Snake in grandeur. This exquisite dish showcases premium ingredients, including South Australian Rock Lobster and Eel symbolizing prosperity and abundance. A true culinary masterpiece, it sets the stage for elevated and joyous festive gatherings.
Blossom with Hua Ting’s signature Yu Sheng – Whole Abalone ‘Lo Hei’ Yu Sheng 原隻鮑魚撈生 and Hamachi (Japanese Yellow Tail) ‘Lo Hei’ Yu Sheng 黃尾魚撈生, available in small ($98) and large ($168) sizes.
Uplift the festive season with Hua Ting Fortune Pot ‘Pen Cai’ 围村家乡盆菜 (small $368 for 5 pax, large $688 for 10 pax) brimming with delicacies such as Abalone, Fish Maw, Sea Cucumber, Dried Scallop, Live Prawn, Dried Oyster, Roast Duck, Pork Belly and Shiitake Mushroom, placed luxuriously in a red container to represent good fortune as you feast with your loved ones. Other signature favourites include Golden Suckling Pig ($428) and Signature Irish Roasted Duck ($118).
Hua Ting also offers the traditional yet delicious treat (Nian Gao 发财年糕) in four ways.
