On December 31, 2024, at VIU Restaurant, revel in the exceptional Luxury New Year’s Eve Dinner, accompanied by the soulful sounds of a trio band. The exquisite dining experience features a caviar station, a selection of premium French oysters, Japanese Wagyu A4, and a fresh tuna station. Other highlights include Traditional Pork Cotechino with Lentils, which is a traditional Italian dish known for its promise of prosperity and growth in the New Year, Whole Salmon Wellington with Champagne Hollandaise, Duck and Morel Tourte, foie gras terrine, Bourbon vanilla ice cream nitrogen station, and a Crêpe Suzette Live Station and more.
New Year’s Countdown Party
Starting from 6:00 PM on the same night, the electrifying New Year’s Eve Countdown at The St. Regis Bar will feature live aerial yoga, captivating visual dance performances, and dynamic live DJ sets running until 1:00 AM, enhanced by a spectacular view of Bangkok and dazzling midnight fireworks seen from our bar to ring in the New Year.
New Year’s Day Family Brunch
On January 1, 2025, start the New Year with a delightful New Year’s Day Family Brunch at VIU. From 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, the brunch welcomes the first day of the new year with highlights, including a selection of Italian cold cuts and cheese, The St. Regis seafood tower, Foie Gras Crostini, Fettuccine Truffle Sauce, Homemade Lobster Ravioli, Pan Seared Scallop, Cauliflower and Caviar and Australian Wagyu Picanha. Desserts include classic tiramisu, Cinnamon Trifle Mousse and more.
