TrailGraze is set to return for the fourth year running from 11-13 April, 2025.

An annual, weekend-long event that celebrates the producers of North West Tasmania, TrailGraze is presented by Tasmania’s Tasting Trail, and is once again set to tantalise taste buds and spotlight the incredible food and beverage producers in the region. The Tasting Trail showcases the diversity of the North West food bowl, offering up an array of produce from fruits, nuts, cheese, meats, seafood, condiments and confectionery, to wine, cider, craft beer and spirits.

TrailGraze 2025 will kick off with the TrailGraze Gala Dinner on Friday night, followed by two days of producer activations, including tastings, tours and workshops, all day Saturday and Sunday. Details of the Gala Dinner will be announced in January.

An ideal event for families with children of all ages, TrailGraze takes place during mainland and Tasmanian school holidays. The 2025 program offers plenty of family-friendly experiences, with face painting, treasure hunts, games, nature play, and crown-making experiences dotted throughout the Trail to keep everyone entertained throughout the weekend.

“Our venues and producers have really upped the ante this year. There will be so much to eat, drink and experience along Tasmania’s Tasting Trail,” says Scott Dornauf, Tasting Trail Chair and Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm General Manager. “Get your family and friends together and block out this weekend in April. You’ll want to hit the road and enjoy as much as you possibly can.”

TrailGraze is an initiative of the popular Tasting Trail, a year-round self-guided touring experience in the North and North West of Tasmania. The Tasting Trail committee has collaborated with premium producers and tourism operators to create interactive online maps and recommended itineraries that enable visitors to deeply engage with the region’s extraordinary agriculture.

“TrailGraze is set to bring the North West region to life over this exciting event in April,” says Gabrielle Conti, West by North West CEO. “Our Tasting Trail producers have elevated their offerings to bring the essence of their produce directly to you, for an unforgettable weekend.”

Now an annual event, TrailGraze is free to attend, with a number of producers hosting free or ticketed experiences across the event weekend. Visitors can pre-book experiences or graze the trail at their leisure, with places being held for walk-in visitors.
