Princess Cruises has unveiled its highly anticipated 2026-27 Australian deployment, highlighted by the return of the popular Circle Pacific Voyage, an epic 79-night roundtrip sailing aboard Grand Princess, visiting three continents and covering over 23,600 nautical miles.
Departing Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland in June 2027, the Circle Pacific itinerary features
32 destinations across 13 countries – including the United States, Canada, Tahiti, Japan, Singapore, and Vietnam – and crosses the equator and the international dateline twice, offering an extensive exploration of the Pacific Rim.
Key highlights of the Circle Pacific Voyage include an overnight stay in Hong Kong as well as late-night departures from Honolulu, Juneau, Los Angeles, Osaka (for Kyoto), Singapore, Suva, Tahiti (Papeete) and Canada’s Victoria.
The complete 2026-27 Australian program includes 62 departures on three ships – Grand Princess, Royal Princess and Crown Princess – operating between October 2026 and August 2027.
On sale to the public at 9am AEDT on Thursday November 14, the program includes the return of the magnificent 3,660-guest Royal Princess for another season of cruising from Sydney, as well as Grand Princess’ inaugural Brisbane deployment. The 107,000-tonne ship, Grand Princess, will sail 12 departures from the Queensland capital as well as nine cruises from Sydney, with itineraries including the ever-popular Round Australia cruises as well as Southern and Northern Explorer options.
Crown Princess will offer a new 28-night cruise from Sydney around Australia in October 2026 before the ship departs local waters.
Announcing program details today, Terry Thornton, Chief Commercial Officer for Princess Cruises said the cruise line was excited to be offering Australian travellers the opportunity to traverse the globe on a Circle Pacific voyage once again.
“It’s been 10 years since our last Circle Pacific voyage and we’re thrilled to bring back this extraordinary journey for our guests,” Terry Thornton said.
“This will be our longest-ever Circle Pacific itinerary, offering guests the chance to explore some of the world’s most captivating destinations, all while enjoying the luxury and comfort of Grand Princess.”
Thornton added that guests also can upgrade their bookings with Princess Plus and Princess Premium inclusive packages which add popular amenities like WiFi, drinks, specialty dining, desserts, fitness classes at savings of up 65 per cent.

Carrying 2,600 guests, Grand Princess offers a host of fantastic facilities including favourites such as a top deck Movies Under the Stars screen, The Sanctuary retreat and more than a dozen dining options, including speciality dining at Sabatini’s Italian Trattoria and the Crown Grill & Bar.
Forty-two unique itineraries will be offered across the new program with cruises from ranging from 2 to 79 days. Departures are available from five Australian ports including Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Fremantle and Adelaide.
Itineraries include:
- a 28-night Round Australia cruise on Crown Princess departing Sydney on October 7, 2026, with sectors available from Melbourne, Adelaide and Fremantle. The cruise will visit beautiful ports around the coastline including Albany, Broome and Busselton (for Margaret River), Port Douglas (for the Great Barrier Reef).
- a 14-night round trip journey to Papua New Guinea from Sydney and Brisbane on Grand Princess visiting Alotau in Milne Bay and the Conflict Islands as well as Airlie Beach, Cairns, Townsville and Port Douglas in Far North Queensland. The cruise departs Sydney on June 1, 2027.
- A 13-night cruise to Fiji, Vanuatu and New Caledonia departing Sydney on March 20, 2027, with calls to Lautoka, Suva, Dravuni Island in Fiji, Mystery Island in Vanuatu and New Caledonia’s capital Noumea.
- A six-night roundtrip cruise to Tasmania from Sydney on Royal Princess departing Sydney on March 19, 2027. Guests will enjoy visits to Eden on the NSW South Coast as well as Tasmania’s Hobart and Port Arthur, and scenic cruising through Great Oyster Bay and Freycinet Peninsula.
- A range of roundtrip cruises to New Zealand from Sydney on Royal Princess visiting ports such as the Bay of Islands, Auckland, Picton, Christchurch (Lyttleton), Dunedin (Port Chalmers) as well as scenic cruising through the spectacular Fiordland National Park.
