The team from Australasia’s premium global rail wholesaler, International Rail gathered face-to-face for their annual get-together to celebrate a hugely successful year, with the launch of its new agent booking platform and the new ferry booking platform.
The event held in Lorne and The Great Ocean Road in regional Victoria, saw many of their team members from across Australia and New Zealand join in a variety of indulgent social activities and a chance to discuss the vision and goals for 2025, with the main objective to be the first in agents minds in Australia and New Zealand when booking trains and ferries.
Being a dedicated online service provider, IR has proven that the combination of hybrid working spaces has increased not only productivity but agent support service access. With that in mind, I still feel it is critical for support teams such as ours to meet, reconnect and establish strong working relationships in person says owner and managing director Jonathan Hume.
