The St. Regis Bangkok invites guests to experience a taste of Brittany’s maritime heritage, featuring the finest oysters from the renowned Cadoret family, accompanied by select sparkling wines and single malt whiskies. Starting from November 1, 2024, Cadoret Oyster Nights will take place twice a month on the first and last Fridays at The St. Regis Bar.

With a rich history of more than five generations since 1880, Cadoret blends traditional techniques with innovation to produce world-renowned oysters, known for their unique cultivation at the confluence of the fresh waters of the Bélon River and the salty Atlantic Ocean. This includes ‘La Plate du Bélon,’ which is initially nurtured in the deep-sea waters of the Atlantic and then refined in the Bélon River. Similarly aged for three years, ‘La Fine Cadoret’ is cultivated in the deep-sea waters of the wild Bay of Carantec, and sought after for its delicate flesh and subtle oceanic taste.

During Cadoret Oyster Nights, guests can savor freshly shucked oysters, including ‘La Fine Cadoret,’ ‘L’Héritage,’ and ‘La Plate du Bélon’ varieties, served with a classic condiment and toasted rye bread to enhance the oysters’ natural flavors. The hot and cold selections also include Cadoret ‘La Plate du Bélon’ Oyster Thai Salad, Cadoret ‘L’Héritage’ Tartare topped with Champagne foam, confit tomato, and basil pearls, as well as Ginger and Soy Steamed ‘La Fine Cadoret’ Oysters and Baked Cadoret ‘L’Héritage’ Oysters. These exquisite dishes are perfectly paired with premium beverages, including Bollinger Champagne Special Cuvée Brut, Follador Prosecco, and a handpicked selection of Islay and Island single malt whiskies.

Experience the maritime elegance of Brittany and revel in an evening of culinary delights, with six pieces of freshly shucked ‘La Plate du Bélon,’ ‘L’Héritage,’ or ‘La Fine Cadoret’ for THB 850++, and hot and cold Cadoret oyster selections starting from THB 500++. The special Cadoret Oyster Nights at The St. Regis Bar take place on the first and last Fridays of every month, from 6:00 to 10:30 PM, starting November 1, 2024, on the 12th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok.
