These exceptional wines were paired with an array of Australian dishes, such as Bundaberg Spanner Crab, Griffith Salted Murray Cod Croquette, WA Black Barley Falafel, and Tasmanian Gravlax Salmon. The desserts included a Caramel Slice from Aussie favourite Messina.
