
The business marks the two-decade milestone with new local leadership, as Renos Rologas takes on the position of General Manager ANZ. He steps into the shoes of Melissa Elf, who has handed on the baton in order to turn her focus to the global business.
“We are heavily focussed on engaging and speaking to our customers, to understand what their challenges are, and how we can make their experience better. We have both formally structured and casual processes for understanding the customer perspective. Our customer base has an increasing propensity to travel – 60 per cent of travel buyers were expecting more travel in this calendar year and two thirds are anticipating a higher business travel spend according to the Global Business Travel Association,” Mr Rologas said.
