In a joint celebration of the history of French cuisine and the 60th anniversary of the Sofitel brand, French restaurant Atelier by Sofitel is featuring a one-off six course dining experience that explores the evolution of French cuisine.
“We created this menu taking inspiration from well-known French dishes through the years with our own nouvelle sophisticated spin”, said Executive Chef Sam Moore. “The dishes are based on classical French cuisine with traditional techniques brought to the present moment”
