Jin Kim, Executive Assistant Manager of Rooms

The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is pleased to announce the appointment of Jin Kim as the Executive Assistant Manager of Rooms, and Audrey Lim as the Director of Human Resources.

As Executive Assistant Manager of Rooms, Jin will oversee all Room operations, including Housekeeping, Guest Services, The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge, The Ritz-Carlton Spa and the Fitness Centre.

Jin’s diverse background includes positions across the luxury portfolio. He most recently served as Director of Rooms at Grand Hyatt Jeju, and was vital in the hotel’s pre-opening in 2019 where he led the entire guest experience for the integrated luxury casino-hotel complex, also known as the largest Grand Hyatt hotel in Asia Pacific.

In 2010, he was a Manager in Training at the Four Seasons Maldives Kuda Huraa prior to joining The Regent Singapore (then a Four Seasons Hotel) in 2011. During his five-year tenure, Jin served as Assistant Manager in 2011, and then a Project Manager overseeing hotel renovations in 2012, Housekeeping Manager in 2013 and as Front Desk Manager in 2014.

A graduate of École hôtelière de Lausanne (now known as EHL Hospitality Business School), Jin’s tenacity to nurture a career in hospitality was undoubted. He pursued several traineeships across the luxury portfolio with Mandarin Oriental Geneva and Bangkok, Four Seasons Costa Rica, and Grand Hyatt Seoul.

Audrey Lim, Director of Human Resources

A true global citizen, Jin has lived in seven countries, and has travelled to 70 countries – and counting.

A graduate of the National University of Singapore, Audrey brings over 20 years of experience working as a trusted Human Resource and Talent Partner to blue chip multinational corporations in regional and global roles in Singapore, China, and Indonesia.

She most recently was the Regional Human Resources Director at Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy overseeing the Southeast Asia and Australia markets for watches and jewelry, notably setting up HR frameworks for new markets, building high performing teams, and the harmonisation and integration of payroll, benefits and HR systems in Southeast Asia.

Prior to this, Audrey was the first Regional Talent Acquisition Lead for Kimberly Clark where she built the regional team, and executive search capabilities, launched a new Applicant Tracking System as well as their employer branding activations. Previously she held HR leadership roles in Diageo, Johnson & Johnson and Unilever, after starting her career in Talent Acquisition with Robert Walters.

Outside of work, Audrey is a proud mother, and a certified Yoga instructor.
