La Vie Hotels & Resorts is expanding its management team with the appointment of respected industry leader Lachlan Harris to the role of Group Director of Commercial.
Boasting three decades of hospitality experience across all sectors of the industry, Lachlan brings unrivalled skills and passion to his new role which will be based out of La Vie’s Sydney Head Office.
As Group Director of Commercial, Lachlan will be responsible for delivering top line revenue for all of La Vie’s properties which includes managing everything from revenue and distribution to client and customer engagement, multi-segment contracting and negotiation, product analysis, partnerships and marketing.
“With a growing portfolio of hotels and resorts across Asia Pacific, I’m delighted to be leading the new-look commercial team, building out of the box strategies and expanding La Vie’s brand reputation,” he explained.
“Having the ability to work across multiple disciplines and an eclectic mix of portfolios means I can capitalise on my 30 years of experience to enhance the customer and client journey while building loyalty, growing our distribution network and maximising profit for owners.”
Having worked for countless properties over the past 30 years, his previous roles have included local and international brands such as Naumi Hotels and Resorts, Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, The Langham Sydney and Shangri-La Sydney.
