This bustling district, known for its skyline-altering contributions in recent years, presents its latest gem – The Delphi. This hotel, nestled within what once was the Standard, showcases a fresh and innovative lobby and a contemporary bar. Furthermore, the much-anticipated dual-branded entities – AC and MOXY have already graced the city earlier this summer. Both establishments entice vivacious visitors with immersive city vistas, artistic architecture, unmatched dining experiences, and proximity to LA Live and the Los Angeles Convention Center.

The Winfield Downtown Los Angeles is one of the most recent additions to LA’s portfolio. This venture by the San Francisco hospitality magnate Sonder, Inc. has breathed new life into the iconic 1920s Foreman & Clark Building, positioned at the crossroads of 7th and Hill Streets. This former department store, once the pride of the Foreman & Clark chain, has metamorphosed into a 125-key hotel under the careful stewardship of Bonnis Properties. Paying homage to its roots, the hotel derives its name from Foreman & Clark’s founder, Winfield Foreman. Guests are indulged with commodious penthouses stretching up to 2,800 square feet and other captivating features such as kitchenettes, a state-of-the-art gym, a serene yoga room, and an inviting terrace deck. Sonder hints at further elevating the city’s hospitality game with its impending project – The Craftsman- for an early 2024 unveiling.

Downtown LA also celebrates the grand opening of the dual-branded Moxy Downtown Los Angeles and AC Hotel Downtown Los Angeles. Positioned strategically across the Los Angeles Convention Center and Crypto.com Arena, these establishments house 727 guest rooms. Gastronomy enthusiasts are set to embark on a culinary journey, with 13 diversified dining and entertainment avenues awaiting them, including the illustrious Level 8. Moreover, the Miami-Copacabana-inspired pool deck and an expansive 13,000-square-foot meeting space pay homage to DTLA’s rich industrial past.

Designed to cocoon visitors in the vibrant pulse of Hollywood, Palihotel Hollywood boasts 74 meticulously crafted rooms and suites. Its central location on Sunset Boulevard is complemented by the in-house Benny’s on the Blvd, serving gourmet delights and spirited concoctions.

Not to be left behind in the annals of history, The Delphi Los Angeles invokes the spirit of ancient Greece. This establishment, previously the nerve centre for Superior Oil, now stands as a beacon for innovation, with 207 plush rooms and two penthouses. Denae’s Diner, a ground-floor diner, serves contemporary delicacies, drawing inspiration from the classic.

On the horizon for 2026, Mama Shelter Downtown Los Angeles is set to grace the Downtown Fashion District. This magnificent property is anticipated to offer 145 rooms, three sumptuous dining outlets, and a rooftop lounge, casting a spellbinding view of the city.

With its intoxicating blend of the old and new, Downtown Los Angeles stands ready to welcome discerning travellers seeking unparalleled experiences in Fall 2023 and beyond.
