Leading group tour specialist Wendy Wu Tours new 2024-2025 Japan brochure is hot off the press, with its unveiling to the travel industry this week.

The brochure is a comprehensive guide to Wendy Wu Tours extensive offerings and cultural experiences, with a choice of 14 different tours highlighting the best of Japan. The new edition also covers off tours operated by the company that venture to the neighbouring destinations of Taiwan and South Korea.

We are delighted to unveil our new season brochure showcasing Japan’s most spectacular sights,” said Wendy Wu Tours Managing Director Australia, Simon Bell. “With Japan still undeniably at the top of travellers wish lists and buzzing with tourists, we have put on more departures in 2024 than we’ve ever had in the history of Wendy Wu Tours. Put simply, that means travellers can book with increased confidence into next year.”

The company reports that its 18-day ‘Japan Uncovered’ itinerary retains its title as ‘most popular tour’ as indicated by sales in 2023 and forward bookings secured for 2024.

“This tour covers the highlights, gets you off the beaten track, and is the perfect introduction to all things Japanese,” Simon explained. “I strongly recommend that agents and holiday makers interested book as early as possible however, with most departures for 2024 already filling fast.”

Equally in demand for 2024-2025 are tours that take in the majesty of Japan’s famous Cherry Blossom and Autumn Leaves seasons. They come with a similar caution – book early to avoid disappointment.

Given the current year-round demand for Japan from the Australian market, the company has further committed to offering a steady stream of touring options across the year instead of boosting tours only during traditionally peak times. The result is a consistent program of tours departing ten months of twelve (January and February the exception) in 2024 and into 2025.

For those looking for a fully escorted, all-inclusive group journey, 13 of the tours featured in Wendy Wu Tours’ Japan brochure are categorised as ‘Classic Tours’, representing exceptional value for travellers. Classic Tours are packaged to incorporate international economy airfares and taxes, three-to-four-star accommodation, all meals and internal flights, transportation, sightseeing and industry-leading National Escorts, born in and local to Japan.

For those who want to commit to a complete cultural immersion, Wendy Wu has created an ‘Off-Beat Japan’ itinerary – part of the company’s more adventurous ‘Go Beyond’ range. This smaller group experience provides greater flexibility, with special stays in Buddhist temple lodgings and a traditional ryokan.

In anticipation of Australia’s continued love-affair with Japan, Wendy Wu Tours has also added two completely new itineraries for consideration – a 12-day ‘Christmas in Japan’ offering, and a 17-day dual destination tour appropriately named the ‘Essence of South Korea and Japan’.
