Mobile applications are in the limelight as 86% of those surveyed predict an upsurge in apps tailored for guests, enhancing service accessibility. Furthermore, 88% expect a tech-driven transition in the guest’s journey from room-service ordering to payment procedures at eateries and lounges.

Artificial intelligence, especially chatbots like ChatGPT, is earmarked as a pivotal asset. A whopping 90% vouch for its positive influence on the guest experience, while a meagre 2% express reservations.
