Step right up and enjoy a spectacular school holiday Circus Extravaganza High Tea Buffet, crafted by the culinary ringmasters of Shangri-La from 23 September to 08 October, 2023.

Prepare to enter a world of wonder and excitement, where your imagination will soar like never before as you feast on an assortment of showstopping sweet treats, including crunchy golden churros, chewy gooey double chocolate brownies, and strawberry mousse cake.

The captivating spread will feature delicious carnival family favourites, such as mini corn dogs and scrumptious buttery popcorn, and other savoury marvels like calabrese carnival poached chicken sandwiches with fire-roasted red peppers, and gourmet focaccia with sundried tomato and grilled eggplant.

For the thrilling final act, the Build-Your-Own ice cream sundae station, is sure to delight and amaze! Set in the Big Top, the Grand Ballroom will be transformed into a joyous circus fantasyland teeming with colourful carousel horses, life-size acrobats, Ferris wheels, distorting mirrors…and more!

“Our culinary team have run away to join the circus and staged an epic High Tea feast of dazzling surprises for all to enjoy,” said Sagar Pore, Shangri-La Sydney Director of Food and Beverage.

The Circus Extravaganza High Tea Buffet will take place in the Grand Ballroom and is available on 23 – 24 September, 29 September – 01 October, and 06 – 08 October 2023 inclusive, and in three seating times from 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM, 1:15 PM – 3:15 PM and 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

Priced at AUD 79 per adult (age 12 and above) and AUD 59 per child (age 4 – 11 years old), with complimentary admission for children aged 3 and under. Tickets are essential and can be purchased.
