Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection, FacadeMarriott International, the world-renowned hospitality company, has signed an agreement with Vinpearl, Vietnam’s largest hospitality and leisure chain, for seven new hotels and resorts in Vietnam. This new signing underscores a robust development pipeline for Marriott and solidifies Vinpearl as Marriott’s largest owner in Vietnam, with 15 hotels and resorts.

The new agreement includes three conversions and four new builds, with more than 2,500 rooms. The Nha Trang Marriott Resort & Spa, Hon Tre Island, is one of the converted hotels and is expected to feature 829 rooms, including 426 private villas. The resort will offer guests dining options, including Marriott’s signature Greatroom lobby lounge and a pool bar. The Renaissance Hoi An Resort & Spa is expected to be a vibrant, design-led resort following a strategic rebranding, featuring 193 stylish rooms and suites, 25 private villas, and two restaurants.

In addition to the conversions, the Danang Marriott Resort & Spa, Non Nuoc Beach Villas is another resort that will feature a collection of spacious two-, three-, and four-bedroom pool villas. The resort will also feature three F&B outlets, a pool, a fitness centre, Quan Spa, a kids’ club, two tennis courts, and a water sports centre. Meanwhile, the Bac Ninh Marriott Hotel will be one of the four new builds that will open by 2028. The hotel is slated to feature 275 rooms and suites, five F&B outlets, including a sky bar, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, and Quan Spa.

This new collaboration is a significant milestone in the partnership between Marriott and Vinpearl, with Rajeev Menon, President of Asia Pacific Excluding China for Marriott International, commenting, “With new locations earmarked in important tourism hubs such as Danang and Nha Trang, our anticipated inaugural resort in the popular cultural town of Hoi An, and the anticipated first internationally branded five-star hotel in Bac Ninh, we are well-positioned to meet Vietnam’s diverse hospitality needs in primary, secondary and tertiary destinations.”

Marriott International operates 16 hotels and resorts in Vietnam and has a robust development pipeline. The company plans to introduce several exciting brands in Vietnam, such as The Ritz-Carlton, Westin Hotels & Resorts, Element by Westin, and Courtyard by Marriott, in the coming years.

With Vietnam’s increasing popularity as a tourist destination, this new collaboration between Marriott and Vinpearl is expected to provide travellers with more options and unique experiences to explore the country’s rich culture and natural beauty.
