Corporate travel is undergoing an exciting revolutionThe opportunity to visit two of the most legendary music destinations in the Southern US in one trip is now much easier, as Nashville-based and family-owned Mint Julep Experiences has expanded its offerings to the City of Memphis. With the unveiling of its newest package, the “Music Cities” Experience Package – Nashville to Memphis, Australians now have the opportunity to immerse themselves in Tennessee’s cultural and musical heritage as they travel along the iconic “Music Highway” between the two cities.

For music lovers looking for a trip from one music capital to another, Mint Julep’s experience can offer travellers a complete experience of southern culture. During the tour you’ll find yourself in the birthplace of Rock ‘n’ Roll, Sun Studios which catapulted legends to stardom including the famous Elvis Presley, Carla Thomas, Jerry Lee Lewis and B.B. King to name a few. True to the accolade of being considered the BBQ capital of the world, there’s no surprise that the trip includes an indulgent feast of fried chicken wings and a BBQ extravaganza at Rendezvous restaurant.

“We’re so excited that this new experience has launched to connect the inspiring music cultures of Memphis and Nashville so that travellers can truly discover the heritage that both cities share. The experience is the perfect connection of the cities which allows visitors to sit back and trust to be taken on a journey through the musical south without lifting a finger,” Chris Ingram, Director of Memphis Tourism Australia & New Zealand.

“We’ve wanted to see a link between the cities that don’t require travellers to drive themselves, and this experience will fill that gap perfectly, giving travel agents a great option to suggest to their clients when considering a trip to Nashville or Memphis.”

The customised experience provides options to stay in Memphis at the historic Peabody Hotel where the famed ducks march through the lobby every day while Presley fans can choose to reside in the Guest House at Graceland with the hope that some of his talents rub off on you. To end the night the experience ensures the iconic Beale Street is explored, as you grace the streets that have been filled with music by legends such as Don Bryant and Ann Peebles.

The customisable package can be modified, adjusted, and curated to each party’s specific desires and is offered for groups ranging from 2-20 people.
