This Christmas, Steak King has released their special carvery luncheon menu (HK$450pp +10% svc), with an appetizing sharing board to share containing ham hock terrine, potted beef with grain mustard, duck rillettes, free range scotch eggs and Tassal smoked salmon. This will be served with their house made piccalilli, bread and butter pickles, toasted sourdough and olives. The highlight will be the main course carvery feast with Prime rib roast & free range brined and roasted turkey carved by our chefs and served with helpings of all the traditional trimmings including roasted potatoes, honey roasted parsnips and carrots, crispy brussels sprouts, braised red cabbage , gravy, cranberry sauce and everyone’s favorite – yorkshire puddings. The venue will be complete with festive decoration from December onwards along with a real Christmas tree and magical fairy lights hanging from the ceiling to make the setting more magical.
