Hotel Villa Nai 3.3.The celebrated olive oil of Villa Nai, a Leading Hotels of the World member, is being honoured in a captivating book written by olive oil expert Dr Gino Celletti, with an exciting hotel stay and itinerary to promote this outstanding written work.

Guests at Villa Nai 3.3, located in the village of man on Dugi Otok Island, Croatia, will enjoy an all-inclusive six-night stay from October 23rd to the 29th, including six dinners that showcase owners Goran and Nives Morovis celebrated Nai 3.3 olive oil. Dr Celletti, author of The Leading Monocultivar Olive Millers of The World, will be on hand to deliver an olive oil lesson, a tasting, and a book presentation during the stay.

On arrival at Villa Nai 3.3, guests will be introduced to the hotel’s olive grove and Nai 3.3 production facility and olive mill and enjoy an olive oil-paired dinner with a welcome speech by Gino Celletti himself. The innovative and unique itinerary explores the northern Dalmatian region just after the olive harvest, with three days at sea and three days on land to uncover the rich nautical and natural heritage of Dugi Otok Island and its surroundings.

The second day is reserved for a private boat tour of the Kornati Islands, the densest archipelago in the Mediterranean, with olive oil tasting onboard guided by Dr Celletti. A guided visit to Telaica Nature Park, the largest and deepest natural harbour on the Adriatic, is reserved for Day Three, where the valuable flora, fauna, and geological features will be explored. But that’s not all – Day Three includes an exclusive live performance by Tovarea Muika, a local traditional horn players procession under UNESCO cultural heritage protection, followed by olive-related activities guided by Gino Celletti at the hotel.

Day four features a private boat tour of Krka National Park and its famous waterfalls, where Nikola Tesla established the first hydroelectric plant in Europe, with a one-hour Monocultivar olive oil lesson by Dr Celletti on the ride there.
