Award-winning boutique wellness resort, Absolute Sanctuary is proud to launch its positioning as Asia’s first Pilates teacher training & retreat centre. In collaboration with Stott Pilates, the resort will also offer educational workshops and retreats with the world’s most reputed instructor trainers.

Part of The Absolute Group, Asia’s only fully integrated health, wellness and fitness concept, Absolute Sanctuary is not a newcomer to the teacher training & retreat scene, having been a pioneer yoga teacher training & retreat venue in Asia for more than a decade. Established in 2008, the 38-room resort has been able to position itself strategically in the field of Pilates with its state-of-the-art Pilates center comprising of both a group reformer and private Pilates studio. The group reformer studio offers 10 SPX Stott Pilates machines whilst its private Pilates studio showcases an array of private Pilates equipment, making it an ideal space for teacher training, workshops and retreats.
