Located oceanfront and overlooking Xarraca Bay at Six Senses Ibiza, The Beach Caves is an enticing new entertainment venue that brings a sophisticated yet playful approach to dining, music, and entertainment to the White Isle’s beautiful north.Hosted at Six Senses Ibiza, The Beach Caves is a collaboration between owner and developer Jonathan Leitersdorf and hospitality pioneer Ben Pundole, who has been visiting Ibiza since he was a child.
A celebration of all things Ibiza, The Beach Caves offers a sophisticated, eclectic, and free-spirited approach to dining, music, and entertainment. Located oceanfront, it is home to a day-into-night restaurant and bar, private dining, Xarraca Room live music venue, and a state-of-the-art recording studio. Guests can extend the hours into dawn in one of the Cave Suites or lay their heads in the Cave Royale, which has a secret door to the recording studio if inspiration strikes in the night.
The team has partnered with local artists and international talent to create an annual program of events and activations, including live performances, art installations, an artist-in-residence program, and a series of talks and workshops unique to this part of the island. Indeed, the walls already serve as a canvas for the island’s creatives: a mural by the artist Carlito Dalceggio embodies the spirit of Ibiza, with golden strokes evolving with the sun’s late afternoon glow.
The Beach Caves Restaurant and Terrace:
This new concept celebrates locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, Latin American flavors inspired by Peru and Mexico, and the Mediterranean respect for produce. The 108-seat restaurant and seafront terrace overlooking Xarraca Bay will feature signature dishes artfully paired with eclectic cocktails and an impressive selection of natural, organic wines. Tucked away, the Private Dining Room seats up to 18 guests for celebratory group dining.
The Bar at The Beach Caves: This welcoming all-day-into-night venue will explore the unique flavors and produce of the island and offer a curated selection of cocktails, agave-distilled spirits, tequila, and mezcal.
On The Rocks: Located directly on the rugged Xarraca coastline, ten eclectic seating areas will be set among the rocks, offering incredible sunset views and direct access to the water. Guests can order food and drink and take out paddle boards or sea kayaks during the day.
The Xarraca Room: The centerpiece of The Beach Caves is an intimate nightlife venue offering arts and music programming in partnership with Barcelona-based artist and designer Lydia Delgado. The small-scale venue will host local and world-renowned DJs, artists, performers, and musicians, boasting a world-class sound system for a superior listening experience. The Xarraca Room will also be available for private hire for up to 150 people.

The Recording Studio: Complete with equipment for producing, mixing, and recording music, this exclusive space is designed for creative collaboration with an experienced in-house engineer on hand. As the heart of musical culture and community, it is located directly adjacent to The Xarraca Room. It can also be accessed via a secret door from the exclusive Cave Royale Suite.
The Cave Royale Suite: Inspired by the free-spirited, unburdened, and festive vibe of Ibizan culture, this generous accommodation overlooking the water features an oversized bed, expansive bathroom, full bar, and outdoor tub. The suite is designed for guests to enjoy an effortless flow from indoors to outdoors, whether relaxing in seclusion or enjoying Ibiza’s up-tempo energy.
Cave Suites: Offering out-of-the-ordinary escapism, the one-bedroom Cave Suites encompass an oversized maximalist bed and a large outdoor terrace on the water’s edge, providing sweeping views of the bay. Packed with elevated design cues and modern comforts, the suites offer space for true reconnection with the self and the unique regenerative power of the sea.
“The Beach Caves is a welcome addition to Six Senses Ibiza, reflecting the history, excitement, and eclectic spirit of the Island,” says Ben Pundole. “Through its unique design and extensive programming, we aim to create an incredible destination for hotel guests and the local community to eat, drink, dance, shop and sleep. The cultural program will include art, music, live performances, and a focus on environmental and community initiatives.”
