To gain a better understanding of how mindsets and attitudes towards hygiene and handwashing have shifted in the wake of the global pandemic, Kimberly-Clark Professional™ commissioned a survey[1] among washroom end-users and choosers[2] in Australia. The survey revealed present-day perceptions of cleanliness alongside evolving hygiene habits, expectations, and standards, such as:

Nearly 50% of decision-makers of products in facilities expect public washroom hygiene to be better than now in the next 12 months.
