Located at Hyatt Regency Brisbane, Lennons Restaurant & Bar invites families to celebrate Mother’s Day with a divine brunch menu including fresh local seafood, premium small plates, delicious desserts and much more. Mums will enjoy a glass of Taittinger Champagne on arrival, before indulging in succulent seafood such as Mooloolaba king prawns, Pacific oysters and smoked Tasmanian salmon. A selection of small plates will be available to order. Sweet tooths will be satiated with the Dessert Buffet featuring all of Mum’s favourites, from handmade chocolates and boutique lamingtons, to lemongrass panna cotta with mango, Black Forest trifle, and mini pavlovas with passionfruit and seasonal berries. Or indulge with seasonal fruit, artisan cheese, quince, fig chutney and crackers.
