Roast a whole bulb of garlic, a small onion, 2 cups of buddy, ground pepper and red chili pepper flakes in the oven at 450 degrees. Add a crab and make sure all the shell is coated in the sauce, cook at 475 degrees for 20 minutes and service with a garnish of lemon.
