In a move that further demonstrates Celebrity Cruises’ dedication to the local travel agent community, the luxury cruise line has announced the launch of a new agent loyalty program, Celebrity Rewards. A continuation of The Celebrity Commitment to providing access to real people, arming agents with real solutions and investing in real tools, Celebrity Rewards will recognise and reward the hard work of frontline retail agents.

We’re dedicated to rebuilding the Australian and New Zealand cruise industry alongside our travel agents, providing the team, the tools, and the solutions to support along the way,” said Tim Jones, Vice President and Managing Director, Celebrity Cruises Australia, New Zealand and APAC.
From today, agents can begin earning points on all deposited bookings, redeemable for a reloadable Celebrity Rewards Mastercard, or e-gift cards from retailers, including Netflix, Myer and Ticketmaster. Agents can increase their earnings by booking higher categories, regardless of the length of the cruise or sailing date, with the highest number of points earned by booking The Retreat and Galapagos sailings.

Since formally pledging The Celebrity Commitment in 2020, Celebrity Cruises have introduced several major agent support programs and initiatives. In November 2020, Celebrity Cruises launched a brand-new agent portal designed to provide up-to-the-minute marketing collateral, specifically with the unique needs of local travel agents in mind. In September 2021, a new training platform, Celebrity Learning, was introduced to upskill and better equip agents to share the Celebrity brand and product offering with their clients. Now, Celebrity Cruises is enabling agents to earn rewards for their efforts with Celebrity Rewards.
In 2023, Celebrity Cruises will be raising the stakes again with the arrival of the award-winning Celebrity Edge to Australia and New Zealand. With a proven record of creating more business opportunities, attracting a wider and more affluent clientele due to the ship’s cutting-edge design and unique onboard experiences, bringing Celebrity Edge to the region is another commitment the luxury cruise line has made to supporting the local travel agent community.
DOUBLE POINTS OFFER: To celebrate the launch of Celebrity Rewards, during the month of March, Celebrity Cruises is offering agents the chance to earn double the points on all sailings up to 30th April, 2023.
