On 8 December, Pan Pacific Hotels Group is redefining the loyalty game with the revamped Pan Pacific DISCOVERY, as part of Global Hotel Alliance’s (GHA) reimagination of the DISCOVERY loyalty programme. With this elevation, members of Pan Pacific DISCOVERY can now savour more benefits with a new easy-to-use digital rewards currency, DISCOVERY Dollars (D$); enjoy greater recognition and faster tier progression; as well as earn and spend D$ on premium hotel amenities and experiences – with or without a stay.
Pan Pacific DISCOVERY will also roll out Live Local offerings, a collection of events, activities, amenities and promotions available on property that members can enjoy — even without a stay. Members can access Stay Offers for well-deserved breaks; Local Offers for indulgences without a stay, such as access to the beach and/or pool, fitness facilities, St Gregory Spa, and special dining deals; plus Experiences, bespoke member-only activities that immerse them in their local culture or community, from tours and classes to events and more.
