The search for Singapore’s finest developers, developments, designs and industry leaders culminated on Friday with the announcement of the awardees of the 11th annual edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore), presented by Kohler and supported by Mitsubishi Electric Asia Pte Ltd. The second annual virtual gala celebration of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) gave prominence to the city-state’s greatest real estate achievers in 44 categories. They included Best WFH Development, an all-new title that was awarded to Midtown Bay by GuocoLand.
GuocoLand won the Best Developer award for the second consecutive year, in addition to the Special Recognition in
ESG and Special Recognition in Sustainable Design and Construction. Midtown Modern by GuocoLand with Hong Leong Holdings and Hong Realty (Private) meanwhile won the titles of Best Luxury Condo Development, Best Luxury Condo Architectural Design, and Best Luxury Condo Landscape Architectural Design.
UOL Group Limited, a previous Best Developer titleholder, won Best Hospitality Developer, supported by wins in the Best Green Hotel Development and Best Hotel Architectural Design categories for Pan Pacific Orchard. The Special Recognition in ESG and Special Recognition in Sustainable Design and Construction were also awarded to the developer.
UOL Group Limited and Singapore Land Group Limited jointly won Best Hotel Interior Design for Parkroyal Collection
Marina Bay. They also jointly won Best Private Condo Development and Best Private Condo Landscape Architectural
Design for Clavon.
Aurum Land won two awards in the Developer categories: Best Lifestyle Developer and Best Boutique Developer. The
company also garnered the Best Boutique Condo Interior Design award for The Hyde.
Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd was awarded Best Residential Developer. Parc Central Residences by Hoi Hup Sunway Tampines JV Pte Ltd won Best Executive Condo Development and Best Executive Condo Landscape Architectural Design while Ki Residences by Hoi Hup Sunway Clementi Pte Ltd won Best Private Condo Interior Design and Best Sales Gallery Architectural Design.
Fairview Developments Pte Ltd (a unit of Tong Eng Group) was named Best Landed Developer, winning Best Strata Housing Development for Belgravia Ace. The Assembly Place garnered the title of Best CoLiving Operator and won Best Co-Living Space for 96 Owen Road.
The Best Breakthrough Developer award went to CSC Land Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd. Verdale by CSC Land Group
(Singapore) Pte Ltd and COLI (Singapore) Pte Ltd won Best Private Condo Architectural Design.
The coveted Best Condo Development (Singapore) award was presented to Park Nova by Shun Tak Holdings.
Another top honour, Best Housing Development (Singapore), was awarded to Nim Collection by Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited.
Other winning projects this year were Cairnhill 16 by TSKY Cairnhill Pte. Ltd.; Food21 by Logos Group; Frasers Tower by Frasers Property Singapore; Juniper Hill and Pasir Ris 8 by Allgreen Properties Limited; Klimt Cairnhill by Low Keng Huat (S) Limited; Normanton Park by Kingsford Group; One-North Eden by TID Pte. Ltd.; and Van Holland by Koh Brothers Development Pte Ltd.
Kain Sim, Co-Founder and Chairman of ZACD Group Ltd., received the 2021 Singapore Real Estate Personality of the
Year award, celebrating three decades of achievement in international and Singapore property investment. Sim, who has helped complete some of the largest en bloc transactions in Singapore, expressed her gratitude to the editorial team of PropertyGuru Property Report Magazine who choose the recipient of this award every year.
Sim said: “I would like to thank the editors of PropertyGuru Property Report Magazine for choosing me as awardee of the Real Estate Personality of the Year award for 2021. I’m deeply honoured to receive this award on behalf of ZACD Group Ltd.”
Sim added: “The Real Estate Personality of the Year award is less about me than the company and vision I represent. I

A total of 46 gold statuettes were presented at the 2021 edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore).
Main winners of the awards programme in Singapore now qualify for a chance to compete with their peers overseas for Best of Asia titles at the 16th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on 9 December during PropertyGuru Week.
PropertyGuru Week will include the latest edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit, with a high-calibre roster of speakers set to join an informative series of keynote presentations and discussions.
