The Other House is a totally new hospitality concept – a ‘Residents’ Club’ – launching in South Kensington in Spring 2022.

Blurring the lines to create a new cutting-edge type of accommodation, The Other House disrupts the traditional sectors of hotels, serviced apartments and private rentals, positioning itself as a second home for its guest – think other house, for as long as they want to stay – albeit a day, a month, a year etc – this is a UK first. It’s very much more a home than hotel.
You will have never heard of the term ‘Residents’ Club’ before in hospitality as there really is no industry-standard definition. This superlative basically describes what The Other House is – it’s a one stop venue for travellers (short, long stay, business etc) – offering Club Flats, exceptional F&B, results driven wellness… It’s super stylish and what London has been calling for.
The rooms are very cleverly named ‘Club Flats’ – and are your pied-a-terre for when you’re in the city. Think masterful design by Bergman Interiors with everything you’ll ever need when away from home. Kitchenette (they even will stack your fridge with your Ocado orders!), luggage storing, amazon and Deliveroo lockers. It’s a concept for the modern traveller.
And for the public areas, restaurant and bar – finally a more refined air in South Kensington for food and beverage! There’s also a wellness area with fitness studio and treatments and a member’s club. Everything you need at your fingertips.
