Further to the extension of the lockdown in NSW, the Australian Cruise Association (ACA) has taken the decision to move their Annual Conference to 10-12 November 2021. The event will still be held in Townsville.
“We are committed to holding our Conference so that we can keep the conversations and energy going around planning for the cruise re-start,” said Australian Cruise Association CEO, Jill Abel.
“We felt these new dates gave us more certainty around being able to hold the event this year and also provide enough time for our speakers and attendees to change their travel plans.”
To date, an exciting line-up of keynote speakers has been announced including Gavin Smith (Royal Caribbean International), Sture Myrmell (Carnival Australia), Stuart Allison (Princess Cruises), Adele Labine-Romain (Deloitte Access Economics) and Dr Ian Norton (Respond Global).
They will be joined by other industry experts who will round out the two-day program to be held at the Ville Resort-Casino, Townsville.
Delegates who have registered and booked their accommodation will be automatically moved to the new dates. Registration remains open at www.australiancruiseassociation.com/conferences
The heavily discounted early bird rate starting at $400 per attendee has been extended to 30 September 2021.
