With his own unique insights into healthy food collocation and his deep understanding of fresh and seasonal ingredients and produce, he has the expertise to deliver traditional and innovative Cantonese cuisine. During his time abroad, he used his skilful technique and incorporated local food culture as inspiration to come up with new creative ideas.

The arrival of Chef Leung will definitely bring a wealth of culinary elegance with more exciting dishes to Jia Chinese Restaurant and elevate the dining experience for all discerning diners with the pursuit of exquisite and varied Cantonese cuisine.

Jia, NUO Hotel Beijing’s signature Chinese restaurant, conveys the warm embrace of a peaceful, welcoming home and recalls the familiarity, comfort and deep satisfaction derived from the best-loved home-cooked meals. With inspiration from the works of famous Ming Dynasty-era artist, calligrapher and epicure Xu Wei, who was best known for his Xie Yi or free-style flower-and-bird ink wash paintings, the restaurant’s ambience evokes the natural setting of an exquisite, elegant home.
