Eat Local Week’s signature event, festival-goers can meet the farmers, growers, cheesemakers, food artisans and flavour creators, taste the food and buy their produce – and don’t forget the esky!

As one of the most authentic food celebrations in the country, the Winter Harvest Festival is home to market stalls, tasting plates, live music, celebrity chefs, cooking demonstrations, kids activities and the world famous Kalbar & District Community Bank Tractor Pulling competition, bringing together everything Eat Local Week is known and loved for!

CAN THE BUTCHERS PREVAIL? It’s the question that has the whole region buzzing … can the Butchers retain their long-held title and again win the Kalbar and District Community Bank Tractor Pulling Competition or will the Kalfresh team cause an upset and prove the power of vegetables?!  The Junior event happens at 11am and the Seniors at 2.30pm; both promise to be 100 per cent entertaining!
