Reflections Holiday Parks, who operate 37 parks across NSW, are today celebrating 100,000 travellers signing up to their ‘Rewards Club’ – the holiday park brand’s loyalty program that offers travellers access to members-only benefits and is free to join. The internal milestone comes as the caravanning and camping industry continues to boom, with Australians turning to new ways to holiday locally whilst the international travel ban remains unchanged until at least sometime in 2022.
The industry continues to grow with Reflections seeing double digit growth in occupancy since pre-pandemic levels in 2019. This year alone, from 1 January to 30 April, Rewards Club members took 25,980 stays or 138,000 nights accommodation at Reflections Holiday Parks which are all situated on pristine Crown Land locations in NSW. Families are making up most of the growth with one park experiencing almost three times the amount of kids holidaying with them than last year.
“We are thrilled to welcome our 100,000th Reward Club member – a goal that we set for the end of financial year which has already been achieved. This milestone represents the recovery of tourism to many regions where Reflections operate including the NSW South Coast which was hit by drought, bushfires and border closures.
Today, bookings to the South Coast parks have increased significantly,” says Reflections Holiday Parks Acting CEO, Cameron Tynan. “In other regions, we are seeing a return of travellers following flooding and our inland parks are thriving once again thanks to full dams, plentiful fish and opportunities for watersports,” he added. Reflections offer a diverse range of parks and accommodation options catering to all holiday makers looking for coastal and inland nature-based experiences.
